"We didn't know we would buy a car the day we found ourselves at Bob Baker VW in Carlsbad. We were terribly unsatisfied with our Jeep.  After speaking with Nathan, he showed us a car that really made sense and fit our needs. I was hooked! Nathan was great. He understood that my Jeep and commute were not working in my favor, so he showed me the Jetta TDI and let me tell you, I have already saved $200 in gas over the past 2 weeks! He was very informative of all the features in the Jetta, from the cost of fuel to setting up my Bluetooth. Nathan was honest during the entire process and I really felt he took care of our needs. I called your dealership and talked to Tracy Davis (Internet sales) and  told her you had the same color Jetta S with all the same things on it as another one I tried out and it had 4,000 less miles and no warranty. I pleaded with her was there anything she could do to help me. She said she would talk to John Downey and have him give me a call.  John called me back almost immediately. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help me see if this could be a deal that could be close to working or not.  I told him I totally understood you would need to see my car for a trade appraisal but if we could do a ballpark figure so I didn't have to drive from San Diego to Carlsbad for nothing it would be greatly appreciated.  He said he would get with the used car sales manager and get back to me within a few hours.  He did just as he said.  I was so amazed that he would even take the time to work the numbers. I knew that if he could  give me a out the door price this would be a deal.  I was going to get the same car I drove at another dealer  with 4,000 less miles,  a warranty and for the budget in my mind.   DEAL if they could do that!!!  When I got there we drove the car and they appraised mine and guess what? The deal was the same.  I am just so grateful for your dealership and how they handle customer service.  Next, that you have people like Tracy, and John Downey, and even the paperwork part went smooth with Scott Eishold.  While the car was being detailed I was cleaning out my old vehicle.  The lady at the front desk, Adrina Stevenson came out and helped  me.  If I missed anyone I am sorry.  You staff is AMAZING to say the least.  God bless you all for your help.  You are what Customer Service is all about.  It's what's missing in the world.  To know there are dealerships like yours our there still in this day is refreshing.  I will tell EVERYONE I possibly can.  You definitely have my permission to post this anywhere you would like.  I would be glad to testify that this dealership is definitely worth the drive.  Thank you all for your help and support.
